Patient HPI
A history-of-present-illness questionnaire the patient fills in themselves: symptom map, a drawable timeline, previous operations, medication, coagulation. Red flags stop the questionnaire and route to urgent assessment.

From the diagnosis, the surgeon reaches the operation request in a few clicks — the catalogue proposes the procedure, the side, the duration and the material, instead of asking the surgeon to look them up.
